Hi, I’m Mandy Kaili and I love teaching Zumba Fitness classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you’ll see what I mean. You don’t even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It’s easy and it’s fun!

I started going to Zumba Fitness classes just to do something for myself. I had been acting as caregiver, and we had just lost my dad to cancer. I had no lofty weight loss goals, no real “ideal” weight in mind when I started. Then it happened- clothes started to get loose, friends were asking how much weight I’d lost…and I hadn’t really paid much attention to the scale!

It’s been almost a year since I began my Zumba Fitness journey- and I have never felt better! I have met so many inspiring people, and made some awesome new friends, too!
