Along with our fitness classes we have Line Dancing, Salsa, Filipino classes, as well as with Keoni’s Polynesian Halau (school). In fact our ongoing Line Dancing is included in your All Access Pass!

We frequently offer  Workshops and Master Classes in the various Fitness formats, to improve your workout and inspire your routing.

We also host Certification/Licensing Workshops for AFAA and CPR.
